Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how JASLEIN s.r.o. ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal information of job applicants who fill out our form on the Careers page or who contact us via email.

2. What personal data do we collect?

  • Other information: information you voluntarily provide to us via form or email (e.g. additional questions, links to your portfolio, etc.).

We collect your personal data solely for the purpose of the recruitment process, namely:

  • Assessment of your application for employment.
  • Communicating with you in relation to your application.
  • Evaluating whether you are a suitable candidate for the position.
  • If you agree, we may retain your data for future selection procedures.

We do not use your data for other purposes without your consent.

4. Legal basis for data processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal titles under the GDPR:

  • Processing for contractual purposes: we process your data to assess and evaluate your application for employment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Agreed: If we ask to keep your data for future selection procedures, we ask for your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your personal data for the time necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If we do not accept you for the position and you do not consent to the retention of your data for future selection processes, your data will be securely deleted within 6 months of the end of the recruitment process.

If you give your consent to retain your data for future selection procedures, your data will be retained for 2 years or until you withdraw your consent.

6. Who has access to your data?

Your personal data may be accessible to the following persons:

  • Employees of JASLEIN s.r.o. involved in the recruitment process.
  • External service providers (e.g. IT service providers who help us manage and secure our systems).

All our employees and service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and ensure that your personal data is protected in accordance with the GDPR.
